Refund & Cancellation Policy

PageForge is a one-person web design service run by John Belew. This policy explains what happens if you need to cancel a website project.

Before the build starts

If you cancel before I start building your site, you get a full refund of anything you have paid.

After the build starts

Once the build has started, the deposit is non-refundable. It covers the time already reserved and spent on your project.

Revisions

One revision round is included. After you review the finished site, you can send one consolidated list of changes, and I will make them. Extra changes beyond that round can be quoted separately before any work is done.

How to cancel

Cancellations must be requested by email to john@pageforgehq.com. Please include your name and business name. The date I receive your email is the date used to decide whether the build had started.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
